Murphy’s Ice Cream makes real Irish ice cream in Dingle. Murphys was founded in 2000 with the goal of making the best ice cream in the world. Murphy’s don’t use colourings, flavourings or powdered milk - they prefer the real thing - and that starts with Kerry cow milk, fresh from the farm, lots of local cream, free range eggs and organic sugar. Famous flavours include Irish Brown Bread - where they caramelise the brown bread and Dingle Sea Salt where they even collect their own sea water to make the salt. The Galway shop opened in 2017
They have shops in Dingle, Killarney, Galway, Dublin and Kildare Village.
