About Us

M&C Property Management was established in 1997 and is one of the largest Property Services Providers in Ireland. The Company’s head office is located at Liosban Business Park on the Tuam Road in Galway. We currently have 49 staff operating from five offices managing property assets from Limerick to Athlone and Donegal. We have in excess of 7,000 commercial and residential units under our estate & facility management with over 20,000 people living in developments we manage. WPM is the largest residential letting agency outside Dublin managing more than 800 residential properties with approximately 2,200 tenants. As the largest Private Student Accommodation Managers in the country we directly manage over 3,000 student beds in 7 sites in Athlone, Sligo, and Galway. Over the last twelve months we have consulted on existing and proposed student developments in Galway, Dublin, and Limerick with a total bed count of 1,500.
