About Us

GHR Consulting is a Galway-based HR Consultancy set up in 2019. It was set up to meet the requirements of businesses that needed help with their HR duties but could not justify the cost of hiring a full-time HR Manager. The Company was set up to fill the gap in the market for businesses who wanted an in-person local person rather than calling a helpline.

GHR Consulting offers a range of HR services, tailored to suit each individual client’s needs. These include:
HR Audits;
HR Outsourcing (advice as required to deal with all HR issues e.g., disciplinary/poor performance issues);
Recruitment & Retention;
Performance appraisal;
HR Information System (Assist with introduction of HR Information Systems);
Employee Benefits.

We are different from our competition as we offer a face-to-face and physical presence by partnering with our clients. Most competitors offer phone and email support. The majority of existing clients are based in Galway in a variety of industries including Dubarry of Ireland, Langan Couriers, Ecofuel, Carey Construction, iSupply, Triggerfish and MidWest Fire and Security.

GHR Consulting offers its services to Skillnet and assists in programs which help long-term unemployed people to find employment. 95% of our clients are based in Galway and we have helped them to streamline their HR function, create cost savings that have ultimately allowed them to continue to grow their local businesses.
