About Us

Connect4Work are Vocational Rehabilitation specialists - experienced in assisting employers and supporting their staff with Return To Work planning after absence.
Where an employee is at risk of absence from work due to health or injury or other reasons, Vocational Rehabilitation has an important role to play. Working together with Team Leads, HR, Occupational Health and the employee we explore reasonable accommodations to ensure a safe, timely and sustainable return to work.
The service reduces absence duration and costs by working through a process, giving time back to Operational staff to perform their own duties whilst also reducing the risk of repeated incidences of absenteeism.
We equally work with employees who are in work but at risk of absence by exploring early interventions to implement and avoid an absence.
We advocate for inclusive and accessible workplaces and are happy to discuss any queries you may have regarding disability management in the workplace.
