My goal is to transform traditional organisation approaches of Absence Management to focussing on Ability, Attendance and Retention.  As a Signatory of the Diversity Charter Ireland, I advocate for inclusive work places.  Continuous professional development is key for me, most recent training focussed on Disability Awareness and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. The service was shortlisted in the Galway Chamber Business Awards: Diversity, Accessibility and Inclusion Category 2021.

Prior to setting up GHR Consulting, Ruairi worked in senior HR Management roles for Crossrail in London and for Dubarry and Corrib Oil in Galway.
